The renowned“beauty hot spring”of Jiaoxi is infused with authentic Japanese atmosphere from Yamagata Prefecture for an onsen culture that will provide the most comfortable hot spring experience.

Hours:8:00-11:00 / 14:00-22:00(Last entry:21:30)

~Children under the age of 12 are not eligible to use the hot spring area~
Area Usage and Regulations
1.Shower or rinse off before you enter the hot spring, and please don’t bring towels or other items in the water.
2.Patients with chronic diseases such as heart disease, lung disease, hypertension, diabetes and other circulatory disorders should be bathed in accordance with the instructions of their doctor.
3.Drink plenty of water before and after bathing to avoid dehydration.
4.The bath should begin with a foot bath, and then be followed by a half body bath. Then you may have a body bath. Soaking height should not be above the heart.
5.If there is any discomfort after bathing, please leave the water immediately and inform the staff.
6.After a long journey, excessive fatigue or strenuous exercise, it is advisable to take a break and then take a bath.
7.Those who suffer from infectious diseases and those who have the following symptoms/symptoms are not allowed to enter the bath:Infectious diseases, Hypertension, Heart disease, Diabetes, Lung disease, Epilepsy, Skin diseases (festering, wounds), Malignant tumors, Multiple sclerosis disorders, Unconsciousness, drinking and hangovers, Physical discomfort or fever over 37 degrees.
8.It is forbidden to enter the bath during female menstruation.
9.It is forbidden to bring pets into the bath, except for guide dogs
10.Pregnant women, people with reduced mobility, elders over the age of 65 and children over the age of 12 should avoid entering the bath alone and must be accompanied by their families.
11.It is not recommended to enter the hot spring on an empty stomach, after a big meal or while intoxicated.
12.Bathing time should not exceed 15 minutes per session. The total time should not exceed one hour.
13.It is not advisable to enter the sauna directly after bathing.
14.There are lockers provided. Please keep your personal valuable belongings in the lockers. The hotel isn’t responsible for any lost or stolen items.
15.It is forbidden to bring any photographic equipment such as mobile phones, cameras, etc. into the hot spring.
16.Both male and female bath sections can accommodate up to 50 people.
17.Eating, drinking (except mineral water), smoking, chewing betel nuts in the hot spring area is prohibited
18.To maintain water quality and public health, please shower and remove makeup before bathing. Do not apply any cream or other items on your skin.
19.Do not carry dangerous objects such as sharp objects or glass containers.
20.Do not run around or play in the hot spring area in order to maintain the safety of others. Please talk quietly.
21.Prior to using the facility, please read the safety regulations. If there are any safety concerns, the staff may advise or assist you. If you do not follow the regulations or ask for advice from the staff, the hotel isn’t responsible for any injuries.
22.If you have any problems, please inform the staff. Suggestions to improve our facility are welcome by our staff.
23.The opening hours are listed on the bulletin board. Changes to the hours may change without prior notice.
24.If there are changes of the regulations or opening hours, the hotel will announce them separately.
