Area Usage and Regulations
1.Guests must register their room number and game discs with the service staff before they can use them.
2.If guests want to play a game that is already being used by another guest, they can inform the service staff, who will arrange a playtime for them.
3.If there are other tenants waiting in line for a game, the playing time for that game is limited to 20 minutes.
4.Prior notice to the staff is required for changing game discs during gameplay.
5.Assistance from the staff is needed to set up additional game controllers.
6.Only one gaming console is allowed to be registered per room number.
7.Game discs must be used within the gaming venue and should not be taken outside.
8.Game discs are fixed and cannot be changed.
9.Food and drinks are prohibited inside the gaming venue to ensure a comfortable gaming space and equipment maintenance.
10.Please take good care of the amusement equipment and operate it according to the usage regulations. If damage is caused by improper use in violation of the regulations, compensation will be paid according to the price.
11.In order to protect the tenants’ rights and interests, they accidentally bring personal game cartridges or game equipment for use in the playground.
12.Guests are kindly requested to take care of their valuables, as this eSports room is not responsible for their safekeeping.
