2024/01/01~2024/12/30，The New Year's Day holiday (including New Year's Eve) ,Lunar New Year and the Yamagata Matsuri period are not applicable.
Here are the important notes
1.This promotion has a daily limit, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and is not applicable for group or conference room bookings.
2.It is not applicable during the New Year's holiday (including New Year's Eve), the Lunar New Year period (2024/02/09~2024/02/13) and the Yamagata Matsuri period.
3.This project is limited to active duty military, police, firefighters, and medical personnel for their personal use. When making a reservation, please inform us of your affiliated unit. Upon check-in, you must present your service ID/proof of service/medical institution identification card or business card to avail the discount. Each ID can enjoy the discount for a maximum of two rooms. If unable to provide the required documents, the price difference for the day must be paid on-site before check-in.
4.Applicable for the following personnel: Current military personnel (including Ministry of National Defense headquarters, General Staff Headquarters, direct subordinate agencies, military agencies, military institutions)、Police personnel (including reserve police, civil defense, mountain reserve police, prison police, mutual assistance teams)、Command personnel (including military police under their jurisdiction)、Firefighters (including reserve firefighters, women's fire prevention propaganda teams, Phoenix volunteer teams)、Medical personnel.
5.Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa is committed to protecting the Earth's environment. Starting from March 1, 2024, we will no longer provide single-use amenities in rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs. If you need it, please feel free to request them at the front desk. We appreciate your understanding and support and look forward to creating a greener future together.
6.Each room has a different design and it is not possible to specify the design type of the room for your stay.
7.If you need to change the room type, you will need to pay the price difference on-site.
