2.It is not applicable on Saturdays, during the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday (2024/04/04~2024/04/06), the Dragon Boat Festival holiday (2024/06/08~2024/06/09) and the Yamagata Matsuri period. Accommodation vouchers cannot be used during these periods.
3.Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa is committed to protecting the Earth's environment. Starting from March 1, 2024, we will no longer provide single-use amenities in rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs. If you need it, please feel free to request them at the front desk. We appreciate your understanding and support and look forward to creating a greener future together.
4.The complimentary voucher for a one-night stay in a standard room at Forte Beach Resort Green Bay Hotel must be reserved to the hotel directly by the guest. Additional charges and the definition of weekdays and weekends are subject to the hotel's announcement. Any extra charges must be settled by guests at the hotel's front desk during check-in. Usage regulations for accommodation vouchers are subject to the hotel's announcement.
5.The voucher for a one-night stay at Forte Beach Resort Green Bay Hotel is valid for a standard room (with one large bed or two single beds) on weekdays, including breakfast for 2 guests. This project is not applicable during Saturdays from January to June, Fridays to Sundays from July to August, Saturdays from September to December, the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday (2024/04/04~2024/04/06), the Dragon Boat Festival holiday (2024/06/08~2024/06/09), and cannot be used with accommodation vouchers.
6.All items included or offered in this package cannot be converted to other gifts, monetary value, or other promotions. Accommodation vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, expire if unused, and cannot be extended.
7.Each room has a different design and it is not possible to specify the design type of the room for your stay.
8.If you need to change the room type, you will need to pay the price difference on-site.
9.The hotel reserves the right to modify and change the terms, and any matters not covered in this notice shall be subject to the hotel's on-site announcement without further notice.
