Here are the important notes
1.This promotion has a daily limit and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
2.The in-room hot spring is only available for reservations made within a month. Reservation phone: 03-987-2323.
3.Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa has long been committed to promoting green and sustainable tourism while aligning with government environmental initiatives. Starting from January 1, 2025, single-use personal hygiene items are no longer being provided in our guest rooms. These items include toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, grooming kits, combs, dental floss, and cotton swabs.
Should you require any of these items during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk for reference and support. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support of sustainable tourism, joining us in preserving and caring for this beautiful land.
4.This project is only applicable from Monday to Thursday, and not applicable on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, consecutive holidays, and the eve of consecutive holidays. (According to the announcement of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration.)
5.If you are more than 15 minutes late, an additional fee will be charged for NT$1,000 per hour.
6.Each room has a different design and it is not possible to specify the design type of the room for your stay.
7.The use of other facilities in the hotel (public hot spring area, fitness center, garden lounge, and savanna video game zone) is not available with this project.
8.The hotel reserves the right to modify and change the terms, and any matters not covered in this notice shall be subject to the hotel's on-site announcement without further notice.
