1.This promotion has a daily limit and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

3.For eligible guests, each booking is limited to one room. To reserve this package, there must be one senior citizen aged 55 or above accompanying each room. Please present relevant identification documents upon check-in. If the eligibility requirements for the package are not met, the price difference must be paid on site before checking in.
4.Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa has long been committed to promoting green and sustainable tourism while aligning with government environmental initiatives. Starting from January 1, 2025, single-use personal hygiene items are no longer being provided in our guest rooms. These items include toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, grooming kits, combs, dental floss, and cotton swabs. Should you require any of these items during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk for reference and support. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support of sustainable tourism, joining us in preserving and caring for this beautiful land.
5.If the dinner is changed to the JOY Set Menu dinner at Yonezawa Restaurant for NT$1,500, an additional charge of NT$550 per person is required, and reservations must be made by phone at least 2 days in advance. Changes cannot be made within 2 days. Contact number: 03-987-2323.
6.Sanyou Ramen business hours: 11:30~21:00 (last order at 20:30).
7.The items included in this promotion cannot be converted into other gifts, cash, or other promotions.
8.Each room has a different design and it is not possible to specify the design type of the room for your stay.
9.If you need to change the room type, you will need to pay the price difference on-site.
10.The hotel reserves the right to modify and change the terms, and any matters not covered in this notice shall be subject to the hotel's on-site announcement without further notice.
