2.This offer is limited to reservations made through the official website or by phone at least three days prior to check-in date to ensure proper arrangement.
3.It is not applicable during the New Year's holiday (including New Year's Eve), the Lunar New Year period (2024/02/09~2024/02/13) and the Yamagata Matsuri period.
4.Please inform us during booking that the stay is to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. In case of both celebrations, priority will be given to birthday decoration. The welcome fruit and LINDEMANS PREMIER SELECTION SHIRAZ CABERNET red wine (750ml) will be provided only once and cannot be duplicated.
5.Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa has long been committed to promoting green and sustainable tourism while aligning with government environmental initiatives. Starting from January 1, 2025, single-use personal hygiene items are no longer being provided in our guest rooms. These items include toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, grooming kits, combs, dental floss, and cotton swabs.
Should you require any of these items during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk for reference and support. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support of sustainable tourism, joining us in preserving and caring for this beautiful land.
6.All items included or offered in this package cannot be converted to other gifts, monetary value, or other promotions.
