Here are the important note
1.his promotion has a daily limit, cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and is not applicable for group or conference room bookings.
2.It is not applicable during the New Year's holiday (including New Year's Eve),the Lunar New Year period (2024/02/09~2024/02/13) and Yamagata Matsuri.
3.The dinner included in this project is available for consumption on the day of check-in only. The operating hours of Yonezawa Hall for dinner are from 17:30 to 21:30 (last order at 20:30).
4.This project does not include breakfast. The price for adding breakfast on-site is NT$500 per person.
5.This project is in line with the ECO Dual Reduction and Vegetarianism. The dinner cannot be changed to a non-vegetarian set meal. If you have a non-vegetarian dietary requirement and wish to change the project, please refer to the on-site quotation for other available projects. Please note that changing the project will result in the loss of the benefits and discounts offered in this specific project.
6.Yamagata Kaku is committed to protecting the Earth's environment. Starting from March 1, 2024, we will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities in guest rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs. If needed, please visit the front desk for assistance. We appreciate your understanding and support, and look forward to creating a greener future together.
7.Each room has a different design and it is not possible to specify the design type of the room for your stay.
8.If you need to change the room type, you will need to pay the price difference on-site.
9.The hotel reserves the right to modify and change the terms, and any matters not covered in this notice shall be subject to the hotel's on-site announcement without further notice.
