Summer Whale Watching Housing Project

1.This project has a daily limit and cannot be combined with other promotions. It is also not applicable for group or conference bookings.
2.This project includes the whale watching, island tour, and Turtle Island visit itinerary. If you wish to change to a different itinerary, refunds cannot be provided. Due to limited availability for island access, please make a reservation at least five days prior to your check-in date. Additionally, please provide insurance information for the island access application. Same-day bookings cannot be accepted.
3.For the whale watching or island visit itinerary, please note that adjustments may be made to accommodate holidays or a large number of participants based on the operational schedule of the boats. Please be aware that island access for general visitors is not available on Wednesdays.
4.All prices already include ferry fees, guide fees, customs fees, onboard insurance with coverage of NT$2 million for personal accident insurance and NT$2 million for third-party liability insurance. For island visits, there is an additional public liability insurance of NT$4 million per person.
5.Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, advanced age, infants, individuals with mobility limitations (excluding those accompanied by caregivers), and pregnant women who are 26 weeks or more into their pregnancy are advised not to board the ship.
6.On the day of island landing, if encountering wind and waves reaching level six or above, adverse sea conditions, typhoons, or other natural phenomena, or if the ship cannot dock due to equipment damage on the island, arrangements can be made for another island landing date or alternative accommodation options.
7.On the day of the boat trip, please remember to bring your identification documents (ID card/passport/residence permit). For children, please bring a copy of the household registration or health insurance card. These documents will be required for verification. Please arrive at the boarding location and complete the check-in process at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
8.The items included in this promotion cannot be converted into other gifts, cash, or other promotions.
9.If you would like to purchase Hatsumago Junmai (300ml), you may do so at the front desk for a special price of NT$480 per bottle.

Starting from March 1, 2024, we will no longer provide single-use amenities in rooms, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, shower caps, and cotton swabs. If you need it, please feel free to request them at the front desk. We appreciate your understanding and support and look forward to creating a greener future together.
